Although PURE ELVIS expects their Elvis' to act and perform with professionalism at all times, PURE ELVIS will not be held responsible for the Elvis' conduct on the day of the performance - this will be the sole responsibility of the Elvis and any action should be taken against the Elvis. PURE ELVIS will assist in aiding the paying parties in any help they require.

Should the assigned Elvis not be able to perform because of accident, injury or any other unfortunate incident, PURE ELVIS will have the right to replace the Elvis with another Elvis of equal standing, without authorisation from the paying parties. We will, however, strive to liaison with the paying party whenever possible. This will be done without loss of any deposit paid to PURE ELVIS via the Elvis or to PURE ELVIS.

Please note that all booking fees/deposits are non-returnable.
